お世話様です。

/var/lib/mysql/ngk.err に以下のログが残っていました。

020507 17:59:15  mysqld started
InnoDB: Error: data file ./ibdata1 is of different size
InnoDB: than specified in the .cnf file!
InnoDB: Could not open data files
020507 17:59:18  Can't init databases
020507 17:59:18  mysqld ended

データベースが初期化できない・・ようですが。
ディスクの空きは２％になっているのですが
これでは動かないのでしょうか？
