こんばんは、兵頭です。

MySQL4.0.26を使用したシステムが運用中にMySQLが落ちるという現象が発生しました。 

環境は以下のとおりです。
OS：Windwos2003
その他：Apache2、PHP5.2.0
現象としては、Windwosのサービスとして登録しているMySQLが停止しているという状態で
サービスを開始してやると正常に稼動しました。

MySQLのエラーログは下記のとおりです。

自分なりにいろいろと手を尽くして調べてみたのですが、明確な原因が見つからず
困っています。
