プロトコルやデータ形式は著作権やライセンスでは縛れないと思ってました。

これができてしまうと、商用ソフトの互換フリーソフトを作れなくなってしま
うような気がします。GNU の精神にも反するのではないでしょうか。

どうも MySQL AB のライセンスの考え方には、私は以前から違和感があります。
